The gems drawn on this costume are just there to give you a vague idea of the effect they will have. All gem patterns are unique. The fringe smooths the curve of the drape, where tassels would make it appear "boxy". This would be a good design to make a touch short for those horses that are wary of flapping around thier legs and bodies.
